I lost my iPod headphones on the way home from Rockaway beach yesterday- I think I dropped them somewhere between getting on the subway and getting off the bus. Disappointing, but of all the things to lose, I was glad that was it. Tonight, I was walking with M to dinner and I found a pair of headphones on the sidewalk. I was hoping this was going to be one of those posts where I could say SEE LOOK AT HOW NEW YORK PROVIDES FOR ME, but alas, the headphones are broken. See, look how New York gets my hopes up? Ah well, you can't win 'em all.
