Happy holiday weekened! Did everyone have a nice holiday? I did. Although every day is a holiday when you're unemployed. They should do fireworks every night, just for me!

We didn't do anything too outrageous for the 4th. We went to the church BBQ, and ate lots of food. I made a big bowl of ambrosia salad, and probably ate at least half of it myself. Mmmmmmm. All the eating killed us for the rest of the day. We went back to M's apartment and watched TV for the rest of the night. Yup, even the fireworks. I didn't have the energy to face a crowd after last year's disaster. And we did see fireworks at IKEA a few weeks ago. That's enough for me.
