We cleaned out my closet tonight. I love getting rid of old clothes. It was funny, I helped a friend clean out her closet a few weeks ago, and I gave her a hard time about having clothes from high school. She's the same size, but even so, one shouldn't keep clothes that long, right, right? So I'm cleaning out my closet tonight, and what do I have in there? Stuff I've had since before college. And it's worse for me to do it, because I went through lots of different sizes over the post-high school years, so why I would still have anything from then is a mystery. No longer! I gave most of it the boot (I would say all, but I think there may be one or two things that made the cut- I promise they're nice!).

Now I better get a job so I can buy new stuff or sad Kate will be sad :( And not just sad, but cold, with just a few sweaters after all my old thrift store purchases got the boot, and naked at the beach, with only one bathing suit. I am not allowed to buy a Target bathing suit ever again. They're so cute on the rack, and then I buy them even though they don't fit, and then I never wear them because they don't fit. I had a bunch of those, but I bid them all farewell. Even the really cute rainbow one. I HAD TO DO IT.
